Refunds
UK Returns
The easiest way to send a return is by using our returns portal. Please be aware to use portal free but if you choose to use the service to return your item there is a charge of £3.99 if you are creating label and taking parcel to the post office or parcel shop, If you decide to arrange a collection from home by Royal mail / Evri this will be charged at £5.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount. You will need to keep a copy of receipt given to you by the post office or parcel shop as proof of return. You may to provide this if there is an issue with item not be delivered back to our address.

International Returns
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an online returns portal for international orders. Customers who place orders outside our domestic region are responsible for arranging the return shipment and are responsible for paying the postage costs.

I sent this product back and requested a refund. They offered me £18, which was less than what paid due to me having to pay for postage. I’d already paid £6 postage to receive order. After nearly 2 weeks I’m still waiting to receive refund even though they have received the product. PLEASE be very weary of this company when needing to return products. I won’t be ordering from them again!!!!
